Job Description:
Human Resource:
- Monthly records of In-time-out-time register, sign. muster, salaries, P. F. deduction & challans, over time of workers, profession tax deduction, leave record,
- Maintaining personnel record and file, preparation of appointment letter/confirmation letters / full & final settlement.
- F. Yearly return, Labor welfare fund six monthly and yearly returns, Yearly Bonus, LTA. Medical, Gratuity calculation, Full and final statement etc. Preparation & arrangement of the recruitment process.
Employee Events:
- Ensure annual cultural events, sports events, conferences, seminars, training & annual organizational events are conducted as per the mandate received.
- Responsible for Hotels and Guest Rooms and selecting a Corporate Wellness company.
Key Highlights:
- Introduced Biometric attendance, an Electronic coffee machine with the card.
- Initiated Best Employee of the Year Award and Most Innovative Employee of the Year Award.
