- To generate requirement for the product by meeting prospective customers like ARCHITECTS, Builders, Interior Designers , and discussing with them about the product, its quality and benefits.

- Relationship management with key Customers / Dealers.

- New Market Development Good knowledge of marketing activities such as scheme, loyalty programs, Marketing Apps.

- Selling new products/Current products for new application by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.

- Implementing sales plan & establishing sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual plan for new products/Current products /New Applications with market research.

- Appointment of Distributors and Dealers-meet sales and collection targets on monthly basis Demand Forecast and Planning

- Collection of Pending statutory forms.

- To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure same is met in co-ordination with plant.

- Co-coordinating with factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.

- Demonstration of the product, presentations to target audience

- To prepare and submit quotation & negotiation.

- Development of MIS & Budgeting

- Keeping close watch on Competitors activities.

- Managing, Guiding and Training of existing team and also build team for effective coverage of the territory.

- Techno commercial skills will be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong written and oral communication skills
  2. Negotiation skills
  3. High degree of proficiency with Excel
  4. Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
