PLANT HEAD - JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge Of Fabrication of steel Bridges (Open Web Girder, I Girders and Bow string Girder)
- Candidate Having a Good Knowledge of structural /Bridge Fabrication Drawings.
- Handle Day to Day & Monthly Production Related Activities
- Knowledge of inventory management of steel, consumables, spares
- Knowledge of Skills Up-gradation
- Shall be responsible for coordinating with Purchase Department for arrangement of raw material, tools & spares on basis of minimum stock level & daily requirement
- Shall be responsible for maintain quality audit in assembling & manufacturing process ISO/TUV
- Shall be responsible for Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule
- Controlling of Admin Expenses & Cost Monitoring
- Ensuring Basic Safety Standards are maintained at Production floor
- Lead, initiate and implement policies, procedures, goals and objectives for all departments.
- Reply of Customer Letters and problem solving at Site.
- Liasioning With Clients
- Manpower Planning Budgeting & Costing
- Knowledge of RDSO Approvals and
- Plan Vs Achieve –To achieve 90% of Planned Production with Quality assurance
- Managing Plant with minimum breakdown of Equipment
- Knowledge of Bridge Fabrication related reference codes
- Developed, initiated, and evaluated new policies, procedures & internal controls
- Shell be responsible Manpower Management and Target Achievements
