Standards Manager - Telecom Industry - Gurgaon
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Standard Manager for a reputed company at the Gurgaon location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Question Bank: Review the question bank submitted by the assessment agency.
- Digital Content: Review the digital content prepared by vendors.
- Curriculum Alignment of Associate Member: Check and approve the curriculum of Associate member on the automation portal.
- Review Model Curriculum and Qualification Pack.
- Prepare Q-File and comparison sheets for QRC of TSSC job role.
- Log Stamp: Check the log sheet shared by the result team.
- Prepare data for NSDC/NCVET.
- Instructional Design: Design and develop content for the acquisition of new knowledge orskills related to telecom.
- Proofreading.
Timings: 9:30 am-6 pm
Working Days: Mon-Sat (Sat WFH)
Candidate Profile :
- Good written and oral communication skills (English)
- High proficiency in AI Tools
- B.tech ECE Graduate
- 3 years’ experience in skilling or similar industry
- Must be able to meet deadlines of projects
- Vendor Management skills
