Job Description:
Accountabilities:
- Proven expertise in new component-process development or Process Design, Planning and manufacturing.
- Project handling skills, with thorough knowledge of preparation of process sheet for new product development.
- Production planning and execution for the development of New products.
- Machining Process- Turning, Gear Hobbing, Gear Shaving, Gear Shaping, OD/IDGrinding,Gear Grinding, Honing, & broaching.
- Heat-treatment process- Harden-temper , Annealing , Case hardening, Induction hardening, Nit riding ,Normalizing Ect.
- Make APQP, PPAP, PFD, CONTROL PLAN, PFMEA, & PROCESS INSTRUCTION.
- Cycle time reduction, KAIZEN & line lay out etc.
- Participation TS audit documentation preparation.
