Job Description:
To carry out process inspection & Standard Room Inspection.
Control of Non Conforming product, customer complaint
Rejection minimization through kaizen & 5S.
To prepare process audit of hobbing operation.
To prepare process audit of shaving operation.
To prepare process audit of grinding operation
To prepare 1st Approval of hobbing, shaving, grinding & hard turning operation.
To prepare calibration of Instrument Micrometer, Vernier etc.
To prepare calibration & operating P40, P65,cnc gear tester.
To prepare calibration & operating Mahar & Maag manual gear tester.
Active co-ordination with production Deptt.
To prepare calibration & operating Osaka & Osaka clp35E cnc gear taster.
Responsible for final inspection.
Maintain 5S system.
Maintain document as per requirement of ISO/TS 16949.

Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge.
Bore gauge,Air snap gauge,Air plug gauge.
