Visa Processing Consultant
Job Description:
- Handling client queries over the phone & emails and daily follow up with the clients.
- Guide and assist clients in the documentation process to obtain necessary visas.
- Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.
- Record & maintain all application data.
- Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centers.
- Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc.
- Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
- Team Handling
- Guide and Hire new recruits
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidate should have experience in Travel Agency Knowledge of Visa requirements of different countries Candidate who has relevant experience in Visa Processing of multiple countries. Actual experience of Visa Submission will be an added advantage Good English communication skills both written and verbal |
