Immediate Hiring For the Position of Field Sales Executive For a Real Estate Company

Job Description:

Immediate Hiring For  a Field Sales Executive (preferably Male), who is Smart, Hard Working,

Confident & Ready to work under Targets & Pressure.
Must be Fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi.
Must have some Sales Experience (Min 1 year)/ Insurance  or Real Estate 
Must love to talk to people & build relationship
Must be Excellent in Communication
Must have done some Sales before, and achieved Targets

2 wheeler mandatory 

Job Responsibilities -
Calling the Leads within a minute of receive it
Follow up with the Leads
Explaining everything about the property
Understanding customer’s needs and requirements
Convincing the client to visit the site
Be physically present during Site Visits
Close the Deal
Follow-up with the client, till the Agreement, to ensure our payment

1) Must have a Growth Mindset, Coachable
2) Must have Min 1 year of Hard Core Selling experience (preferred Insurance sector)
3) Must have very good Communication Skills
4) Must be at least a Graduate
5) Must not consume Gutka or Alcohol during working hours
6) Must be well Groomed and Presentable
7) Must have knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheet and PPT Presentation
8) Must have Loyalty towards the company
9) Must be flexible with Location & Extra working hours on weekends
10) Must be Target Oriented (ready to work with Targets and Pressure)
11) Must be hungry for Incentives
