Production Manager
Job Description:
Reduced rework percentage by taking in-process audit and mfg. audit.
Work as per the guideline of TPM/TS
Development and mfg. jig and fixture and establishment for production
Decided optimum cycle time for hydraulic and pneumatic testing
Co-Ordinate with PPC department for smooth production running
Set the robotic line as per the targets and balance the bottle neck operation
Overcome all the minor abnormality related to fixture during trial.
Set the TPM target for quality, maintenance, stores and production.
Arrange for all resources including raw materials, man power and facility required.
Handling overall press shop production for daily production targets
Overall responsibility of welding sub assembly of floor board and running board assembly
PROCESS follows with safety and through with safety and work permits.
Achieving the planned targets without Compromising the quality and quantity
Working as per various standards like ISO9001&Tsi6949-2002 system
Preparation of daily & Monthly reports
Co-Coordinating with Stores, QC, QA, Maint .In day to day activity
Awareness of seven QC tools to improve quality problems
Handling 4M for achieve desired production targets
