Job Description:
Must be Good knowledge of Mould Loading Unloding
Production Process
To control the various parameter of Moulding Machine.
To control the various problem in Moulding part.
Manpower handle and production planning.
Maintain 3R on shop floor
Maintain 5s activities.
Mould unload/loading.
Maintain 4M on shop floor.
- Root cause analysis & problem solving of defects such as short shots, flash, sink mark, air bubble, cold slug well, contamination, patch mark, weld line, flow mark,
- silver streaks, shrinkage, burn marks, jetting, discolorations, etc.
- Ø To minimize rejection and to control the production cost.
- To improve on productivity & reduce machine downtime by proper planning
- and effective preventive maintenance.
- Ø To flow the production plan and review production target.
- Ø Daily production planning, production report & material requisition.
- Ø Smooth working of unit and developing & implementing TPM, OEE, 5s
- Analysis the different types of problem and data like product defect and breakdown, etc.
