Job Description:

Roll & Responsibility:

• Purchase Voucher Materials, Job work, Services Verifying & Signing voucher.
• Tour Advances Checking & Tour Expenses Verifying as per rule & approving
• Travelling Expenses Export
• Factory Imprest Checking and assign to account head
• Domestic Vendor & Customer Clearing
• Branch Imprested for all branches
• Customer & Vendor Reconciliation
• General Ledger Reconciliation (factory Imprest, Tour Advances, Branch Imprest)
• All Marketing Agent of follow-up for commission bills Domestic.
• Preparation of 15 CA according to CB
• Export Customer Clearing.
• Preparation Export Sales commission provision.
• Coordinating with sales, purchase, marketing, stores, accounts and tax departments for smooth functioning of work & Personal Account
• Follow up for customer outstanding.
• Sent reminder to individual customer for payment
• Send Dispatch details & Outstanding by respective area person & agent for every month.
• Follow up for bills from vendors. & Follow up for Vendor & Debit Balances.
• Customer Master Updating in SAP
• C Form & H Form Fallow up to Customer & Coordination’s with S
• Travelling Ticket Checking
• Service Tax returns filling (ISD, SCD Prepared ST-3)
• Physical Stock Taking  
• Daily Mail to Marketing for receipt of Payment
• Accounting Setup
• Bill Booking (Materials, Job work and any other bills)
• Customer receipt Domestic & Export
• Excise & Service tax work in SAP (Payment, reconciliation etc.)
• Any work as per HOD Requirement
• I am interested in Export Department
• Bill Booking Services (CHA, Transporter, all FB60 bills)
• Budgeting preparation
• Auditing report designing under HOD
