Job Description:
  • Attend Customer support calls and help resolve them with support of concerned team
  • Maintain Customer support logs and records
  • Assign customer request to concerned department for taking action
  • Make follow-up calls to customers for getting their feedback and motivating them for using the app

Requirements/Qualifications

  • BCom, BA, BSc or similar graduation
  • Should have worked in a customer support role for a minimum of 1 year
  • Should have handled customer support for a Tech/App/Web product or solution
