Job Description:

Conduct all ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audits, management review meetings, customer audits and
document performance toward quality objectives
? Improve and update our current ISO 9001:2015 Quality System and will implement ISO 14001 and
OSHAS 18001 systems going forward.
? Prepare and maintain Quality Checklists, forms, and reports. Review actual procedures when
required.
? Provide updates to Directors and other staff as required.
? Supervises daily continuous improvement activities and ensures consistency in applying lean
principles across the enterprise in all functional areas.
? Manage and initiate RCCA for Customer Satisfaction Surveys & Customer Complaints to ensure
resolution and feedback to the customer.
? Create and deploy a robust system to analyze KPIs and initiate RCCA to reduce rework costs in
production.
? Collect and report on key indicators (KPIs) for Customer, Internal & Supplier Performance creating
actions to improve when necessary.
? Evaluate procedural change requirements and make the necessary document changes in conjunction
with process owners.
? Create and issue internal Corrective Action or Supplier Corrective Action Requests.
? Participates in the development and continuous improvement of global HSE initiatives to ensure
compliance with applicable codes, regulations and industry leading safety practices.
? Promotion of HSE Programs and awareness within the organization.
? Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation complies with a
ensure and safe working environment for all team members within busy manufacturing and service
? environment. Manage company Safety file.
? Noting and identifying any unsafe acts in other to teach other employees
? To establish and conduct a risk assessment procedure, and coordinate all risk assessments throughout
the company.
