Job Description:

Role Overview:
As a Retail Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our apparel shop. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of operations, including inventory management, sales performance, staff training, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for the retail industry and a strong track record of achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock turnover.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

Sales Performance:

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
Monitor sales targets and provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve objectives.

Staff Training and Development:

Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Customer Service:

Foster a culture of excellent customer service throughout the organization.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.

Visual Merchandising:

Oversee the visual merchandising of the store to ensure an attractive and compelling shopping environment.
Implement merchandising standards and guidelines to showcase products effectively.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity.
Monitor store expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experiance in related field.
Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in the apparel industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
