- Knowledge of allopathic medications

- 20 - 35 yr

- Excellent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
Skills
- – Microsoft word and excel knowledge (basic)
Others
- Good at comprehending American accent
- Typing speed should be more than 25 wpm

- Rs 3-4 lakhs/Annum

- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description
- Responsible for managing US physician’s documentation on the electronic platform.
- Listen to the physician patient interaction
- Summarize the same in the electronic health record.
- Summarized note should reflect patient’s problem and physician’s plan around the same.
- Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details, etc.
- Chart note generated by the scribe would be used by the physician as a reference document.
- Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record
- Generate the chart note
