- Supervision Of Plumbing Team Against Job Distribution
- Supervision Of Gardener Team Against Job Distribution
- Maintenance Of Pumps And Domestic Lines In Club House & Swimming Pool
- Checking Of Pumps And Plumbing Lines When Required For Fire Operation
- Maintenance And Repairing Of Road Speed Breakers
- Supervision Of Seepage/Leakage As Per Received Complaint By Residents Internal/External
- Supervision Of Seepage As Per the Received Complaint At Club House External
- Supervision Of Water Proofing Execution Internal/External
- Checking Of Valves Of Plumbing Lines And Report
- Checking Of Prv Of Plumbing Lines And Report
- Checking Of All Fire Doors In The Buildings And Report
- Checking Of All Main Gates And Report
- Checking Of All Renovation Major/Minor Works Inside Flats And Report
- Supervision Of Blockage Of Sewage Chambers Of The Society
- Supervision In Maintenance And Repairing Of Carpentary Work Of Society.
- Supervision In Maintenance And Repairing Of Masonry Works. Of Society
- Management Of Water Tankers in Incase Of NMC Stop Supply
- Management Of Nmmc Personal Incase Of NMMC Stop Supply
- Arrangement Of Quotation Materials From Vendors
- Any Work As Per Instruction By Bearers And Mc'S
- Coordination With Residents By Mail, By Calls, And by Queries
- To Obey Provisions Provided In Bye - In-Laws
- To Respect The Members Of The Society As Members Of A Family And Co-Operate In The Workings Of The Society And To The Management Committee
- Maintaining Records And Writing Reports
- Strong Teamwork, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills In Verbal And Written
- Knowledge Of Housekeeping Management
- Keeping Track In Plumbing & Sanitation, Common Maintenance Other Than Civil Maintenance, and Water Supply Management.
