• Receives Incoming Material Reconciles with Purchase order & making GRN.
• Receipt, Inspection, Storage, Tagging of material and accounting theory.
• Coordinate with QC/QA Department for sampling of RM & PM & Analysis.
• To manage and implement smooth operation of inward & outward.
• To Track the release status of RM, PM, And Eng. required for trials scale up and Exhibits batches.
• Supervision of Loading & unloading material.
• Coordinate with Material Handling contractor for timely loading& unloading of vehicle.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the stores/ warehouse receiving and distribution goods area at all times.
• Optimum utilisation of store/warehouse space. .
• Coordinate with Production/ QC & Purchase department.
• Maintaining proper records of receipts and issue of Engineering/RM/PM/ Material.
• System v/s physical & perpetual stock verification. If any found different, we tracing and solve it. Or give details to management.
• Manpower management and give proper tanning for proper work.
• Maintain Registers & record for dispatch outward& receiving of material.
• Daily & monthly prepared MIS Report of (Inward, Outward & Stock).
• Dispensing of raw materials.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP.
