? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner

? Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

? Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services

? Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

? Follow-up with customers as necessary to ensure that their queries are resolved

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database

? Achieve weekly and monthly targets as assigned by the management

? Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to improve customer service experience
 

Desired skills and Competencies

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati and Hindi

? Proven track record of providing excellent customer service

? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

? Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software
