Job Description:
- 12plus years experienced Internal Audit expert for Information Systems with CISA.
- Good knowledge of COBIT.
- Experience in the Internal Audit Department within a Governmental Tax Authority.
- Developing a mechanism and work procedures and a plan for auditing information systems.
- Reviewing and evaluating the facility's systems and programs (such as: electronic archiving system, etc.), reviewing and evaluating the devices and servers that operate inside the facility, and reviewing and evaluating the relevant agreements.
- Reviewing the capabilities of information systems to provide digital mechanisms for all internal audit procedures and processes.
- Ensure data availability Pertaining to the programs, systems and devices that operate in the facility when needed on a permanent and continuous basis.
- Ensure that all necessary measures are taken for data confidentiality Save, display and make it available exclusively to those authorized and authorized to do so only.
- Ensure the integrity of data and information Data Integrity contained and maintained in these systems, and shall be reliable, sound, unmodified, reliable and accurate.
- Review and evaluate programs that work with other government agencies, such as the GFMIS programme With the Ministry of Finance, and a dedicated program with the Civil Service Bureau.
- Providing assurances about taxpayers' information and data through actual verification within the relevant program/system.
- The ability to provide assurances about the strength of the internal control systems in the management of information systems in particular, and assurances about the validity of the data submitted by the project managers concerned with information systems and is still in place.
