Report Analyst ( QC) - Valuation
Job Description:
Timings : 10.30 am to 7.30 am ( Mon - Fri)
10.30 am to 7.30 am ( Tue - Sat)
Essential Tasks:
• Monitor the Ready for Review Queue daily
• Review submitted reports by following designated checklists or technology to ensure the report
is complete and is compliant
• Must access and interpret third party tools- (i.e., public records, GSE tools)
• Apply proper application of valuation methods and techniques to residential properties
• Review all revision requests to make sure they are valid and not already addressed in the report
• Competent in all property types, including Multi-family, Condo, Coop, Condotel, over one million-
dollar homes, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with residential appraisal forms software
• Regular attendance is a requirement
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
QC REVISIONS
Purpose-
The Quality Control Revisions Specialist will perform administrative review on appraisals re-submitted by
our contract appraisers. The Quality Control Revisions Specialist will use their knowledge and
experience, as well as lender criteria to evaluate reports and determine if corrections or additional
information is needed from the contracted appraiser. Ultimately the Quality Control Revisions Specialist
is responsible for delivering completed and satisfactory appraisals to the lender.

QC Admin
Purpose-
The Quality Control Production Admin will ensure clients receive reports in a timely matter. The QCA will
ensure that all documents are successful before delivery to the client. Handle emails for the staff as
priority files need special assistance.

QC Frontline
Purpose-
Quality Control Frontline Specialist is responsible for communicating on behalf of the Quality Control
Production Team. This role also manages correction requests from lender/clients ensuring all needed
data is addressed in the appraisal reports. These requests are managed through phone calls, emails, and
requests in the various QCF queues, including the underwriting queue and batch reports.
Essential Tasks:
• Emails – Internal/External
o Address emails by date order (addressing the oldest email first)
o Respond to email requests timely
o Look up the information in the system (verify it matches what’s on the email)
o Review notes, research the information based on the request, process as required
o Log/note the information in the system and daily log
• Queue Handling
o Working from various queues: QCF Universal, Underwriter Queue
o Address queues in date order (addressing the oldest file in the queue)
o Review the requests and notes
o Search the appraisal report for the requested data
o Send the revision request to the appraisers, request clarification and/or documentation
o Communicate with appraiser and lender/clients on report updates/outcomes
o Log/note the information in the system and daily log
• Batch Report - Inputting
o United Wholesale Mortgage
o Self-assign each batch report by the assigned color-coded categories
o Confirm loan number, process accordingly
o Communicate with the underwriter using predefined verbiage through outlook
o Log/note the information in your daily log
o Escalate issues to QCF onshore team
• Miscellaneous Requirements
o Upload documents to the lender/client
o Transfer files from old lender/client to the new lender/client
o All other trained, internal responsibilities needed to complete job functions as assigned
by management
o Cross train with other teams to help if/when needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular attendance is a requirement

To accomplish this, we require orders to be submitted as 1004/70 Desktop appraisals instead of traditional appraisals.
