Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for giving product demos, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and video calls.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to address specific requirements.
  • Follow up with leads to provide additional information and answer questions.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and customers in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging and persuasive product demos.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer buying behaviour.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
