- Champion for new technologies and modern approaches within Change Management and wider TOC
- Work across the full stack to provide open solutions that integrate with the wider enterprise
- Work across platform teams to provide insights into operational data with technical solutions and integrations
- Assist in defining and implementing architecture for automation and data visibility
- Provision and maintain cloud resources
- Writing technical documents and designs
- Help enable data science and machine learning models
- Actively represent change management in community of practices
