Job Description:

Job Purpose

 

  • This role is responsible for managing the Co-branded Credit Card Program. Managing the potential partners for the program rollout.
  • Manage the tech integration with the partner for digital acquisition & card issuance.
  • Manage the policy-related aspects to align the customer segment with the customer acquisition plan. Responsible for the program P&L and its revenue streams.
  • Manage overall system operations & compliance aspects of the Co-branded Credit Card Program through the cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Launch the Co-branded Credit Card program and increase the card base to 1 million by FY25 with the sustainable product construct.
  • Manage partner for Tech Integration, Credit Policy & Revenue streams to Launch & scale the program.
  • Manage internal Channels (CD/TW/TR Sales teams) and merchant networks for customer acquisition via cross-sell.
  • Conceptualize, construct and design various programs/communication frameworks for cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Manage tie-ups with existing OEMs and merchants to build additional scope for Card usage & activation of General Offers, Special discounts.
  • Product upgrades based on the customer response and being ahead with the market developments to attract new customer segments to increase the card base.
  • Manage the program P&L and its revenue streams along with the partner to deliver the annual P&L plans.
  • Manage overall system operations & compliance aspects of the Co-branded Credit Card Program through the cross-functional teams.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • MBA / Postgraduate
  • 10+ Yrs exp Credit Card / Co-branded credit cards / Credit Card Product Management / Co-branded credit card programs
  • Digital Customer acquisition (for credit card) / Credit Card alliances for digital acquisition Credit Policy / Customer Segmentation / P & L Management
  • Interpersonal and Convincing skills / Manage Cross Functional Team members
  • Exceptional communication skills & Multilingual
