Job Description:
Responsible for:
- Knowledge of Operation, working & maintenance of Gear box, Furnace and other supporting machineries.
- Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance
- Identify spares requirements and log usage
- Design planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment
- Reviewing history records of key machines for repeated breakdowns to analysis and carrying out necessary corrective actions.
- Making scheduled checks on machinery and oiling and cleaning machinery and parts.
- To be responsible for keeping the plant and utility equipment maintained all the time to meet the capacity, speed, and reliability standards set by the company.
- Able to find Root - cause analysis for prevention of repeated problems.
Ensure all lost time, minor and trivial accidents are reported
