Job Description:
Responsible for:
- Production output, product quality and on time dispatch
- Managing day to day production in sync with Monthly Dispatch Plan
- Generate requirement for procurement of raw material & consumables.
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments like Quality, Purchase & Logistics.
- Troubleshooting of production quality issues and take corrective actions.
- Monitor & Regulate manpower requirements
- Preparing and timely submitting of production reports
- Shop Floor Safety
