Job Description:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Customer follow-up , Handling new enquiries
Drawing approval from customer, Quotation to customer ,Cost approval from management
Negotiation & order finalization , Internal approval for new order
Making sales order . Generate business for training and exhibitions , rent out seminar hall , conference, auditorium etc

Problem solving Skills
Should be able speak in Hindi, English, should be aggressive in sales.
Good knowledge of the area,
Qualification required - MBA (marketing)
Experience required - 5 to 6 yrs
Age - 30 to 35 yrs ( preference to female candidate )
