Job Description:
Technical Skills Required
Having the knowledge of Forging industries
Having the knowledge of Forging dies Hammer ( Roller, blocker ,Finisher, trim tools etc.) and Press ( reduce Roller, blocker , finisher trim tools etc.) Both
Having the knowledge of GD & T
Having the knowledge of NX for 3D part modelling, sketching, surface modelling, advance modelling.
Knowledge of Belt Drop Hammer and Crank Press
PPAP and APQP documentation
Having the knowledge of AUTO CAD, DESIGN FEASIBILITY
Knowledge of Simulation software >> simulation runing at least 1-2 years.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be Diploma Mechanical with 5-6 Year Experience in Product design and tool design
Good Communication skills
Having Good Knowledge of Autocad and other Design Software
