Job Description:
Job responsibilities :
- Data management from using different job portals
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
- Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
- Interview potential candidates interview schedule
- different strategy using industry-standard techniques of recruitment
- Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
- Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
- knowledge of Hiring process
- good knowledge of different tools for recruitment
Criteria:
- 1+ years’ recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Demonstrable experience in domestic & international recruiting
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Ability to complete hiring needs
- Working knowledge of the IT /Non IT industry
- computer Basic word, excel , Powerpoint
