Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards. Exceptional ability to read, understand and interpret production blueprints accurately.
Over 3 to 7 years of experience in Sheet Extrudes and Forming Production Management, Process Engineering & Improvement, Quality Management and Resource management plastics Industries.
A strategic planner with expertise in setting up plant operations, managing production activities, streamlining processes & enhancing productivity.
Expertise in solving quality problems & maintaining high-quality of products and developing excel based tools for production/waste analysis.
Successfully increased Production and Quality while reducing waste and overhead by applying continuous improvement concepts to improve profitability.
Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting and team building and extensive management skills with proven success in driving numerous quality enhancement, process improvement, and cost/energy savings initiatives during the career span.
Required experienced people for the Vacuum forming department
supervision, Plastic Engineering or Cipet must be required.
