Asst Manager Production -Assembly

Job Description:

   To coordinate and manage production assembly floor in shifts.

2.       Knowledge of Maintaining line output as per rated capacity of machines

3.       Knowledge of Monitoring quality parameters  and ensuring end product quality.

4.       Understanding & making production MIS.

5.       Handling contractual manpower and their deployment as per skill level.

6.       Material planning and issuance on line for smooth production run and timely dispatch.

7.       Manpower shift planning .

8.       Knowledge of Should be able to handle routine maintenance issues of assembly machines.

9.       A self starter and result oriented.

10.   Knowledge of productivity enhancement

11.   Working exposure with SAP

12.   Production planning

13.   Close the order and awareness to make reconciliation

14.   Rejection controlling

15.   Report generation though SAP

16.   Red bin awareness

17.   Able to handle 400 manpower

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical / Plastic / CIPET  with 6-10 Year Experience in Production Assembly
