Job Description:
- Establishing and implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO 22000:2018 & FSCC 22000 Version 5.1)
- Preparation and updating of HACCP, VACCP, TACCP, PRP, OPRP, CCPs.
- Supplier Up-gradation (Corrugated boxes)
- Machine / Product validation and improvements.
- Attending customer complaints regarding quality problems and initiating preventive countermeasures and its horizontal deployment in their respective areas wherever applicable.
- Trainings to the employees and staff regarding Quality tools and techniques, 5S, Quality Management systems.
- Conducting Internal audits as per requirement of Quality Management Systems, 5S, and co-ordination with External agencies.

Sheet Metal – Press-Shop, Weld Shop (Sheet Metal & Tubular Components),
Precision & NB pipes/Tubes Manufacturing (ERW Technology)
Machining (Extrusion, SPM, Turning, Thread rolling, Broaching, Jig boring, Plastic Injection Molding)
Painting – Sheet Metal and Plastic (ABS) components
Heat Treatment, Phosphating, Plating, Powder Metrology, Rubber, Bare Foam and Die casting components.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech / Diploma with 10-15 year in Sheet Metal Quality manager
Good communication skill
