Job Description:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the growth and success of our Mumbai office.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure that HR practices are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
5. Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution and disciplinary action, and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are followed.
