Job Description
Minimum 3 Year Experience on Networking and ESG.
- Should have knowledge of ITIL process.
- Should have knowledge of ESG configuration.
- Should have knowledge ESG Administration
- Should have done knowledge of managing security policies.
- Should have done knowledge of troubleshooting ESG issues.
- Able to performs Major Upgrade in SIEM tool.
- Perform initial analysis for known issues and provide the appropriate recommendations for closure.
- Should be able to provide end user support.
