Job Description - A Business Development Executive is responsible for setting monthly and annual sales goals for the company and working towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager and Sales Associates. The role involves developing a strategy to identify new sales prospects and leads and converting them into paid users or customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be confident in building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Building relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintaining consistent contact with existing clients.
- Managing the sales pipeline.
- Analyzing the market and establishing competitive advantages.
- Tracking metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints or objections.
- Collaborating with team members for better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
Desirables:
- Experience in the full sales cycle including deal closing.
- Demonstrated sales success.
