EHS Officer -HPS-2023/211

Essential duties and responsibilities

1) Exposure and handling of ETP/STP operation, phosphating operation and moulding, mainly handling environment-Legal related aspect of the plant

2) Identifying unsafe conditions and actions and analysing incidents and prepare strategy for incident preventions.

3) Conduct Risk Assessment and Aspect Impact analysis.

4) Conducting Safety Trainings for all levels including contractual employees.

5) Maintaining OHSAS and EMS system and to act as Management Representative for the same.

6) Ensure safe work place (Electrical, Fire)

7) Provide input to financial forecast / estimates of capital and expenses.

8) Ensure documents are complete and stored appropriately

9) Plan yearly objectives decide line of action.

10) Facilitates safety incident investigations and assists teams in identifying appropriate corrective action.

11) Implement behaviour-based safety.

12) Train safety coordination on time to time on new initiatives.

13) Prepare and communicate status for the leading indicator

Requirements

1. Graduate / post graduate in EHS

2. 4 - 8 years of experience in related role

3. Self-starter with good knowledge in setting up processes with tracking mechanism

4. Handling incidents if any
