coordinator Good computer skills (MS Office)
Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Effective implementation of sales policy starting from inventory management to Sale
price, Sales process.
• Ensure the filing of related sales documents by the sales team. Conducting periodical
audits to understand if the sales teams are adhering to the sales policy and in case of
any deviation communicating relevant information to all stake holds in the system.
• Assist the sales team, in managing meeting / calendars, and filing/entry of sales
documents.
• Sales ERP enforcement and implementation. Monitor and ensure the timely updating
of leads, walks and sales by the respective sales team members.
• Processing & follow ups for pending Sales, Delayed reporting of sales and payment
collections on daily basis.
• Project status Tracking, Maintaining Issue Tracker.
• Coordination with all the sales team members for the sales updates. Communicate
the Projects sales status with Stakeholders and Leadership. Serve as a Primary
Face for all sales status items.
• Organise meetings and MOM circulations.
• Responsible for preparing and reconciliation of Sales Reports
Monthly/weekly/Quarterly Reports.
• Preparation of MIS Reports.
• Supporting leadership in all the sales activities, Data Verification and Collation as
required for Managers.
• Keeping track of all the Updates/Changes in Process methodologies in the Sales
Department.
