Qualification: Graduate / MBA Marketing
Experience: 4 Years + experience in sales. Relevant exp must be 2 to 4 Years in real estate.
Work location: Uppal, Hydearbad

Job description:
1. Forecasting Sales targets and executing them in each time frame.
2. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Setting up meetings with the potential clients and listening to their needs to service them.
4. Developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing individual sales targets
5. Identifying and networking with prospective clients generating continues business.
6. Giving product demonstration/presentation to prospective customers/ channel partners and focused target groups for reaching sales targets.
7. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
8. Create frequent sales reports with sales data.
9. Implementing sales promotional and launching activates as a part of sales campaigns
10. Identifying customer needs and priorities.
11. Understand the target audience and presenting the products and services in line with their requirements
12. Perform sales activities on day to day basis
13. Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customers satisfaction by achieving
delivery and services quality norms
14. Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels
15. Ensuring timely collection of banking advances and AOS money as per the sales policy
16. Lead management and lead life cycle management from receiving the lead to sales and post-sale hand handing of the customers to CRM
