Job Description:

Role Talent Management (COE)

Title DM/ Manager
Grade: M-III/ M-II
Experience Min. 2 years post MT period.
Immediate Supervisor TM Head
Education MBA from Premier Institutes

Job Responsibilities:


1. Champion the implementation of capability building programs for employees, managers and
leadership under the L&D framework.
2. Support in designing the Internal Communication Framework and drive it successfully as per
Plan.
3. Design the EVP and drive Employer Branding through various interventions across
communication channels.
4. Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements in support of talent
management programs.
5. Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business
leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative
priority on matters related to talent management, precisely L&D.
6. Look at opportunities for continuous improvement & Innovation in HR processes that enable a
‘WOW’ experience in the employee life cycle. Actively contribute to innovation in Onboarding &
Induction Programs as COE.
7. Maintain MIS and Reporting as per Global and regional requirements.

4. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proven ability to bring programs to fruition across a diverse set of businesses
