JD FOR HEAD – FINANCE & COMMERCIAL LOCATION - NEW DELHI Reporting To DIRECTOR Basic Qualifications 1. Graduate/ Masters in Commerce stream. 2. Sound knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). 3. Management degree in Finance will be preferred. Experience 1 Minimum 12-15 Years of experience in handling commercial operations & Accounts. Job Requirement 1. Good written & verbal Communication. 2. Providing financial and business leadership, strategic consultation, and guidance on financial issues affecting the organization; implementing cost control measures for improvement in top-line and bottom-line 3. Spearheading financial operations of the company and advise on development of business strategies & financial models and finalization of core competencies 4. Reviewing monthly financial forecasts that incorporate business trends and business strategies for current and new projects; performing value added analysis on risks & opportunities and presenting options to make informed decisions that deliver revenue & profits 5. Overseeing preparation of financial reports that summarize the organization’s financial position 6. Engage with the customer and partner with various stakeholders to define and agree strategy and drive implementation of requirements and associated solutions 7. Well versed with modern accounting systems and standards with core competency in preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account with supported schedules and statement, Accounts Analysis, Payable & Receivable Management, Reconciliation Statements, General Accounting, MIS, Budgeting, Forecasting & Auditing. 8. Keep a track of filling of GST & Other returns on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Basis as per the statutory norms. 9. Interaction with Business Verticals/ Clients & Vendors ,Tax Planning under GST regime Audit & Assessment 10. Successfully handling Accounts & participating in Statutory & Internal Audits, Financial Planning & Execution etc. 11. Team management. 12. Logging orders for parts, equipments etc.; using in house software along with follow up. 13. Interfacing with local Sales Tax Consultants. 14. Involvement in imports, clearance thru clearing agents, Logistics etc. 15. Should have basic inputs on sales tax, Form C transactions (Old Cases). 16. Involvement with regional stocks in the warehouse. 17. All import & Forex related work. 18. Co-ordination with banks for Limit renewal, interest calculations, commitment and other charges. Remuneration : From Rs.7 Lakhs upwards. 1. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate depending upon the personal performance in interview. 2.
