- Cash Flow Management ( Billings, Payment Follow ups)
- Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting process in line with requirements
- Statutory Compliances ( GST, TDS, PF, PT)
- Relationship Management ( Auditors, Banks, etc.)
- Payments ( Salaries, Vendors, Reimbursements etc)
- Board Reporting ( KPIs , Status Reports from time to time)
- Investment Management
- Review and enhance internal controls and risk management procedures
