We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to lead a team of embedded engineers in developing firmware for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of embedded engineers in firmware development.
- Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure optimal system performance and integration.
- Design and develop firmware for embedded systems using C, C++, and RTOS.
- Develop, debug, and test software in a cross-platform environment.
- Develop and maintain software and firmware design documents, requirements, and specifications.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system and software issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
- Proven experience in leading a team of engineers in firmware development.
- Strong understanding of C programming language and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with Linux, RTOS, C#, C++, and system architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven experience in project management and leading teams in successful project delivery.
