Age : 30 – 40 yrs

Department/Function: Maintenance & Engg. Education requirement : Diploma /Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engg

Preferred Experience : 6-8 Years of similar & relevant experience in electrical equipment, switchgear (Instrument transformer, Transformer Bushing) /transformer manufacturing industry.

ObjDefine & implement systems for plant equipment & utilities availability through structured maintenance systems for manufacturing processes Identify, define , design & execute projects for Plant capacity /productivity improvements, quality improvements & process efficiency improvements & reduce NVAs Ensure Safe workplace with healthy work culture on the floor through implementing safety practices & solutions Monitor & Control consumption of PLH

Job Description / requirements : Area Expectations out of this role Operations & maintenance of utilities Viz. Air compressor, D.G.Set, Air conditioners, Chilling Plants, Oil Filtration Units, Lighting & Electrical substation, fire hydrants Define :  Plan, implement and setting Breakdown/ Preventive / Predictive checks maintenance systems for plant utilities Ensure breakdowns are being attended in time with back up supports to minimize production loss.

Prepare, Maintain , monitor & control critical spares inventory wherever required Review and plan for corrections in case of deviations in maintenance plan execution Implement TPM for the critical machinery & subcontract , monitor & control AMCs wherever required for utilities through proper negotiations & contracts Maintenance systems for Cranes, Hoists, Pallet trucks, Battery stackers & other material handling systems, Oil impregnation systems/Autoclaves, Vacuum pumps, Core winding machines, Flooding stations, Helium leak test setups, Electrical ovens, Electrical test systems Define, Plan , implement and setting Breakdown/ Preventive / Predictive checks maintenance systems for plant equipment Prepare, Maintain , monitor & control critical spares inventory wherever required Ensure procurement process for spares, new tools/equipment through ERP systems

Infrastructure Maintaining Plant infrastructure ,Building, floor, roads & Offices CAPEX/New projects Execute Plant expansion projects /CAPEX equipment procurements as per needs Team management & selection Ensure proper deployment of manpower as per skill requirements of the processes Recruit & select suitable manpower wherever required as per needs & approvals Map the skill matrix for the team mates working in maintenance as per process/activity requirements and identify training needs to enhance their performances , monitor effectiveness MIS & MRM Data preparation, compilation & presenting for monthly maintenance performance for critical machines availability, breakdowns & analysis, Preventive maintenance & effectiveness monitoring, improvement projects, PLH Summary, safety ,etc. Interdepartmental coordination Coordinate with Purchase, Stores ,Quality, Production, Design functions for required flow of information /material for successful execution of plan Systems , Compliance & records Records & Documentations as per QMS, EHS & as per applied & required standards & legal compliance requirements
