- To conduct survey of market for the product such as market size, major player, competition etc.
- To obtained complete knowledge of Product range /Offering.
- To approach identify the customer and convert them into business.
- To inform the customers for their order status and dispatch plan.
- To get feedback of customer and describe the significance to retain and develop business.
- To handle customer issues like SWOT analysis of major competitors.
