Job Description:
Secretarial assistance to the Director
• Coordination with Custom House Agents (CHA)
• Record keeping & documentation
• Draft/review contractual documents and proposals
• Facility Operations
• Preparing MIS reports/ dashboards & feedback
Coordinate internal & external audits
• Assistance in manpower planning, talent acquisition & trainings
• Act as a link between the management and various departments
Requirements
Minimum 8 years' work experience; at least last 5 years in Business Operations
• Proven track record of being a successful administrative/HR/import-export assistant
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to prioritize and attention to detail
