Administration: - General administration of housekeeping and plant security, Room Booking, Canteen, Food arrangement, Transportation, Etc.
Payroll: - To Prepare Salary, salary slips for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations including PF,ESIC, leave, attendance & overtime data, deductions, reimbursements if any etc. in a timely manner(Prepare with software- Intelligent Pay,Saral paypack, Matrix Cosec, Star Link & Excel) Process Timely
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be MBA from reputed College
To monitor all the time Office Activity (attendance & Payroll, Matrix Cosec).
Ensure timely payment of salary to employees and wages of the workers.
Ensure joining formalities such as generation the punch opening of Bank accounts, generation of PF & ESIC number and Card.
To prepare trend of over time to analyze and also to take corrective action to minimize the same.
Ensure timely fulfillment of statutory forms / formats under various statutes.
Generate and submit PF, ESIC related challans as per statutory requirements
Generate and timely submission of returns under different labor laws.
Preparation of full and final statement and comply Exit formalities
