Job Description:
- Mould loading & unloading.
- Set and maintain optimum process parameters and fine tune the process to ensure productivity.
- Working out solutions for day-to-day problems like moulding defects & operation activities.
- Handling and Responsibility of Various types of Injection Moulding Machine from 40 Ton to 1300 Tons.
- Executing continuous improvement measures for increasing reliability of the production line.
- Ensuring attainment of production & quality targets by making optimum utilisation of manpower.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be CIPET with 2-4 Year Experience in Injection moulding Production
- Fully handling injection moulding.
- Solve all troubleshoots in injection moulding
- Managed the workers for achieving the periodic targets in moulding.
- Develop & Followed Standards Operating Procedures, Manuals & work instructions for production operation.
