Quality Manager
Job Description:
- B.Sc, M.Sc – Organic Chemistry, Diploma in Paint Technology with 10 to 15 yrs experience for corrosion resistant chemical solution, paint manufacturing unit.
1. Responsible for QC activities –RM and finish product testing as per specification.
2. Confirmation of quality of RM , packing materials , consumables and equipments.
3. Testing of new vendor raw material samples and feedback to purchase.
4. Equipment calibrations
5. Customer complaint analysis – finish products, packing
6. Sample preparation – for marketing support / external lab testing
7. Record preparation as per ISO procedure
8. New development trial s – feedback and analysis.
9. Preparation of Daily report – QC dept. - Daily RM, FINISH AND SAMPLE testing
10. Finding requirement of lab equipments – follow up with purchase
11. Reporting to senior authority for non conformities.
13. Process / batch deviation record and feedback.
14 .Total responsibility – 100 % correct finish products before dispatch, mixing ratio and quantity.
15. Shade constancy- consistent shades as per standards.
16. Test report preparations.
• Key requirements: Good Analytical skills, Accuracy in testing and
documents preparation.
•Personal Characteristics: Knowledge of coating raw materials, testing methods, Equipment, computer, shad matching knowledge
• Target Companies: Industrial paints, paint and coating industries.
• CTC: No constraint for right candidate
