Job Description:

 

 

Linguistic skills:                  English: Written (Fluent) Spoken (Fluent)

 

Experience:                   - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of flexible packaging material, with minimum 5 years in a management position directly responsible for sales & marketing and production 

  • Serving at least 25flexible packaging clients
  • Exposure to several technologies including: gravure, laminators, PVC shrink extrusion, LD extrusion

                                            

Age:                                     Minimum 32 years old

 

Product line:                  Flexible packaging (biscuit packaging, chips bags, rice & milk bags, BOPP soap wrappers) made from various raw materials including: MLLDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, BOPP,etc),

  7. Ability to identify & develop new product categories

 

Production

  1. Strong understanding of production processes (gravure, lamination, PVC & LDPE extrusion)

 

HR

  1. Ability to work well together with colleagues

 

Administrative Skills

  1. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Profitability:
    1. Achieving the sales & profitability targets as per the annual budget
  2. PR:
    1. Maintaining the strong reputation of the firm with clients
    2. Developing department specific marketing collateral & campaigns
  3. HR:
  4. Administrative
    1. Record keeping (sample approvals, contracts, etc)
    2. QMS/Environmental audit participation if required
  5. Production:
    1. Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are delivered as per client requirements
  6. Stock Management:
    1. Update procurement & stores team of any major changes in client requirements that may affect raw material planning (either an expected increase or decrease in volume requirements)
