JD - 12-Hour Job/ Loading Unloading Supervisor/Location Rakholi

 

A Logistics Supervisor essentially oversees the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel.

 

They mainly work in warehouse settings and for retailers and wholesalers and are involved in managing the loading

 

of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading material.

1 - Prepare daily records and memos, and maintain a filing system for Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
2 - Complete transportation pouches including route manifests, invoices, special customer notifications, maps and stores keys for drivers
3 - Develop and update driver and helper dispatch schedules daily
4 - Provide timely reports to the immediate supervisor as requested
5 - Possess very strong interpersonal skills and be able to discuss dispatch issues with Driver Specialists, Customers and managers.

Skills -
1 - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Excel Sheet Basic computer
2 - Must have an outgoing personality.
