Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Resolve hardware, software, and O/S-related problems of users.
- Understanding the users' problems attend it and providing solutions in the shortest period of time.
- Maintaining logs/issues related to hardware and o/s
- Problem-solving attitude while interacting with end users.
- Incidental/specific duties assigned by the head of the department.
- Need to develop software for the organization as per requirement.
- Check the Server, any hardware, or networking issue that needs to resolve to the best of your knowledge, and keep the IT infrastructure up and running.
